Job Description
The Microsoft Power BI Developer will join the Stabilify Development team in supporting a variety of
clients and functional areas. The selected candidate will support the continued evolution of our
StabiliWare platform and is expected to take on a continuously increasing role in the developing,
testing, and deploying Power BI solutions for new and ongoing initiatives. He or she must enjoy
problem-solving and will be comfortable engaging in dialogue about technical standards and
decisions and will be able to multi-task in a demanding environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to document and refine specific uses to support the needs of the customers’
  • business operations. 
  • Study, analyze and understand business requirements in the context of business intelligence. 
  • Design and map data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights. 
  • Utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports. 
  • Shape optimized, extensible, multi-dimensional data models. 
  • Build complex data model transformations. 
  • Develop strong data documentation about algorithms, parameters, models. 
  • Author accurate, precise, and highly optimized DAX expressions 

Experience

  • Four or more years of directly relatable experience. 
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in business intelligence. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of tabular data models and how the shape of the model impacts
  • performance. 
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully optimizing complex DAX expressions. 
  • Experience in implementing row-level security on a data model with an understanding of
  • application security layer models in Power BI. 
  • Knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Azure and T-SQL. 
  • Familiarity with development in other areas of the Power Platform including Power Automate, and
  • Power Apps.
